Snowy Range
High Altitude and Alpine Lakes
Located in the Medicine Bow National Forest, the Snowy Range, outside of Laramie, Wyoming, is home to a cascade of high altitude and alpine lakes. Enjoy the day hiking from lake to the next, while stopping to fish at the many rivers in streams along the way. If you like to see wildlife (moose, elk, deer, antelope) than this is the trip for you. We can hike very little or hike miles, the choice is up to you. Either way, you'll enjoy beautiful scenery, plenty of wildlife, and catch plenty of fish!
